Breck Welcomes Summer June 14-16 with Kingdom Days and Fun Park Opening

BRECKENRIDGE, COLO. – April 23, 2013 –Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Breckenridge Resort Chamber officially welcome summer with a kickoff event the weekend of June 14-16, 2013. The three-day celebration honors Breck’s diverse history, with the signature Kingdom Days festival (featuring the legendary Outhouse Races), the National Repertory Orchestra Opening Night, and the Breck Town Party, as well as the official opening of the Summer Fun Park at Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Breckenridge Extends Ski Season

BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. — April 16, 2013 —Breckenridge Ski Resort officials announced today they will extend the resort’s ski season one additional weekend, April 19-21, due to the large amounts of snow the resort has received over the last part of the season. Breckenridge has received over five feet of snow so far in April, including a foot since the official closing on Sunday. Additional snow is in the forecast this week.

Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Summer Day Camp for Kids Returns

BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. — April 4, 2013 —Breckenridge Ski Resort today announced the return of the Breckenridge Summer Day Camp for its second season this summer, June 3-Sept. 2, 2013. The day camp, the only one of its kind to take place on the mountain at Breck, features a curriculum that focuses on science, nature, crafts and more, while teaching kids valuable outdoor skills.

Breckenridge Wins Bid to Host 2014 Mountain Travel Symposium

Dew Tour Announces 2013 Dates and Locations

Breckenridge Ski Resort is proud to announce the 2013 Winter Dew Tour will once again make its stop in Breck this coming ski season, on the dates of December 12-15, 2013. Alli Sports, a division of the NBC Sports Group, today announced the dates and locations for the 2013 Dew Tour.  Following a successful 2012 season, Dew Tour continues this coming year with three large-scale, premium events that will reach consumers across broadcast, digital and consumer activation platforms.
