LODGING

The company owns or manages 13 hotels located at its five premier mountain resorts of Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Heavenly, including RockResorts branded hotels and about 1,500 managed condominiums and townhomes. The Company also owns RockResorts in Santa Fe, Jackson Hole, Aspen and St. Lucia.
 
The breakdown is:
  • RockResorts: a luxury hotel management company with eight properties
  • Six additional owned hotels (not branded) and management of the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort & Spa, The Keystone Lodge & Spa, Mountain Thunder Lodge and Austria Haus Hotel and condominium management operations
  • GTLC: Grand Teton Lodge Company, a summer destination resort in Jackson, Wyo.
  • Five company-owned resort golf courses in Colorado and one in Wyoming
  • And, the Keystone Conference Center, one of the largest convention facilities in the Rocky Mountains.
 In total, the Company's lodging division includes about 3,800 owned and managed hotel and condominium rooms. Vail Resorts also recently acquired Colorado Mountain Express, a ground transporation company servicing the Colorado Rocky Mountain resorts.
